职位描述：
Taicang- Plumbing system生活水系统

1.Implement application/product management activities and contribute to development of plans and roadmaps to increase sales and profitability of assigned application/product.
对所分配产品线负责，实施产品应用，产品管理，参与产品规划和路线图制订，为销售额和利润增长做贡献；
2.Participate in and manage selected offering development and product roll-out projects.
参与管理所负责产品线新产品研发项目跟进；
3.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and keep updated on market trends to ensure application/product roadmaps are aligned, ensuring that they respond to the needs of the business and customer needs.
负责与内部和外部各部门沟通，并研究市场趋势，确保产品发展路线图的正确方向；
4.Drive cooperation with relevant stakeholders e.g. product development, product management/application, and sales to improve the performance of the application/product group.
与研发、销售等部门合作，改进产品组合；
5.Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
为客户提供相关技术支持，调查、跟进并解决技术相关投诉；
6.Train and educate internal stakeholders on the features of the products and services to ensure they have the required level of knowledge.
为内部人员提供产品知识相关培训，并确保其获得必要的产品应用技能；
7.Work closely with R&D and factories as a support pilot on product development programs and processes, ensure on schedule and on KPI delivery and competitiveness in the market.
与生产和研发部门合作，主导产品研发过程，确保进度和关键结果；
8.Track product financial performance and conduct related analysis and report
收集产品销售相关数据，进行分析并提供建议。

Work Experience:
1.Mechanical Engineer / Trained Plumber (HVAC / Plumbing Systems) ;
2.Previous experience in manufacturing / product management (product development);
3.Excellent knowledge in product lifecycle management (Phase-In / Phase-Out) ;
4.Excellent knowledge of AUTO CAD or other drawing software;
5.Strong skills of coordination between cross functions;
6.Familiar with ERP system preferred;
7.Good to excellent English skill;
8.Good in PPT, WORD & EXCEL / knowledge in BIM preferred. 举报 分享
