EHS Ergonomics and IH engineer人体工程学工程师

Report to EHS Manager
Location: PLD

1. Primary Purpose of the Position (List key objectives)
？ Ensure the compliance of Chinese Industrial Hygiene regulation and Goodyear IH requirement
？ Protect associates by driving the Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics improvement
？ Be responsible for on-site clinic management

2. Principle Duties and Responsibilities
？ Ensure the compliance with Chinese Industrial Hygiene regulation and Goodyear Industrial Hygiene requirement by:
？ Set up the Industrial Hygiene management system and procedure
？ Set up the industrial management organization to ensure all requirement are implemented, such as periodically IH physical checking and IH and health documents management
？ Work on the work related injury case per Chinese regulation
Yearly Industrial Hygiene monitoring and improvement:
？ Design the yearly Industrial Hygiene on site monitoring plan based on the Industrial Hygiene risk control assessment report, and the actual situation of the shop floor, position, and the hazards which associates access to
？ Report monitoring report to global, input the monitoring plan and result into Goodyear ORDB system. And define countermeasure for improvement based on the IH monitoring result
？ Do the risk assessment for the working environment and position, define the PPE policy, and coach the associates how to use the PPE correctly.

？ Lead cross-site industrial hygiene/ergonomics programs and projects to drive the improvement:
？ Set up core team and give coaching to the core team such as risk assessment, ergonomics knowledge and so on
？ Define improving program and project based on risk assessment result and priority and coach the team to deliver the result

？ Be responsible for the on-site clinic management
？ Give fast response and good service to related associates
？ Design and implement healthy program to help associate keep healthy and safe

3. Requirements
？ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene/Ergonomics or closely related majors
？ 3 years above professional industrial hygiene management experience
？ Understand the Chinese Industrial Hygiene regulation very well
？ Has the experience of handling working related injury
？ Experience of lead Industrial hygiene/Ergonomics project
？ Experience of working with government officer
？ Good English and Computer ability is preferred
？ Be proactive and team work player
？ Good communication skill
？ Leadership skill
