Job Description
1. Process support from NPI to mass production.
2. Engineering support for the mechanical issue in NPI stage
3. Optimize and balance process flow before mass production.
4. Troubleshoot process problems introduce solutions for long-term prevention, give guidance to technicians.
5. Guidance to technicians for small equipment & fixture buy off, maintenance and repair in production line.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering.
2. At least five years’ experience in EMS factory
3. Good skills in DFX (manufacturing, assembly, stack up, etc.)
4. Prefer to box build process work experience
5. Very good command of written English, Spoken as well
6. Self-motivated and the ability to direct energy and commitment to achieve excellent results
7. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills
8. Able to work under conditions of heavy pressure and resource constraint
