职位描述：
Job purpose：Plans, oversees and coordinates all Logistics activities and operations, such as Logistics Department planning, procurement, production planning, inventory and warehouse management, scrap management, packaging management, customer coordination ,picking, shipment and transportation.
Main Activities：
1.Oversees and monitors the inventory management process of finished goods, sub-finished goods, raw material, consumables and packages. Plans and supervises cycle inventory and particpate in legal inventory count. Assures proper storage conditions in order to respect quality, health and safety requirements. Defines clearly locations and check storage capacity for optimization.
2.Oversees customer forecast reliability analysis. Deals with customers priorities and treats logistics claims.
3.Validates production planning following customer's forecasts and order priorities to meet capacity adequacy and production requirements.
4.Monitors Consumable & Packaging inventory level and validates defined need and purchasing requisitions (PR). Reviews and validates monthly copper need and hedged quantitie's adjustments. Oversees MRP calculation and validates quantities reajusted if needed. Supervises delivery planning and recommends actions to optimize suppliers service OTIF and ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios. Assures empty packaging coverage by following up PR and monitoring packaging balance with customer.
5.Validates and follows up delivery plan based on customer orders to optimize transit time & pick/pack/loading time. Follows up delivery accuracy On-Time-In Full and defines actions if needed. Validates fleet maintenance plan and recommends measures to improve conditions of fleet.
6.Supervises scrap collection process per shift from production and rewinding . Supervise scrap Inventory management. 7.Performs other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements.

Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration,management or finance.

Required Experience:6 years as Logistics or Supply chain Manager Position.

1.Warehouse management/ Transportation management/ Supply chain synchronization/ International regulation/ customer relationship management/ Execution, planning, scheduling control/ project management/ Inventory management/Demand management & forecasting/problem solving tools/manufacturing process environement/ Budgeting & cost estimating/ basic accounting & finance.
2.Good written and oral English.
3.Good MS Office Softwares ( Excel, Words, PPT), ERP applications, MES application, Specific Logistics applictions (LES, SCP, APS, IM, WMS, TMS & CRM).
