Job Descriptions
To prepare, coordinate and consolidate RFQs (Request for Quotation), program costing, quotation submission and participate in all customer contract, communications and negotiations.
Provide focal point of leadership and guidance in upfront technical and developmental matters and issues.
Lead and coordinate contract review exercise to ensure adequate planning and consideration is given to the analysis of capacity, capability and infrastructural requirements with respect to customer business scope.
To lead negotiation of new products or projects and to be a direct liaison officer to customers before the project transfer to Operations
Coordinate new project / business start-up for new customers or new work scope for existing customers.
To manage all new product development from product launch (including product concept, definition, development) through to release of first production batch
Work with Engineering to ensure all NPIs (New Product Introduction) are supported technically with the pre-set desired results per project start-up KPIs.
To coordinate and organize internal relevant Departments to carry out NPI projects
To work out and carry out Master Schedule Plan for each project and track project progress
To implement NPI Projects on time with targeted investment, profit and quality
To act as a liaison between project / account and the customers for all commercial, technical and administrative issues.
To plan strategic customer account for long term growth and profitability drive.
To continue build and maintain good rapport and relationship with our customers.
Initiate, develop and co-chair QBR (Quarterly Business Review) with internal senior management and customer to ensure project checkpoint calibration is intact and the smooth progress of the project financial health and well-being.
Ensure and assist in prompt collection of payments from customers (delinquent payments, ageing control and collection, etc.) and settlement of any customer related financial discrepancies (payment, currency trade-offs, excess and obsolescence and etc.).
To establish a regular weekly or biweekly communication with key customer contacts
To organize a regular meeting internally to track and drive the progress of each project
To coordinate conference calls between customer and internal project team and maintain a full set of communication archive log
To establish and maintain a formalized CRM (Customer relationship management) database or a manual CRM process to record and track each customer
To obtain accurate and timely information from customers for effective decision makes and sales forecasting.
To manage and control all EOL (End-of Life) process of accounts/projects/products to achieve successful concluded.
Prepare and submit monthly reports and any other reports as required on time
To carry out any other duties as and when directed by your superiors.

Job Requirements
At least 8-year experiences in technical management in manufacturing enterprises and more than 3-year experiences at management level. At least 5 years in project management. Background of Sales or customer service preferential
University Degree in mechanics, engineering, or manufacturing. MBA will be advantageous
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Fluent English in reading/writing/listening/speaking
Good organization and coordination capability
Strong leadership skills and potentials.
Good ability to manage multi-faceted projects, excellent analytical skills
Be very familiar with CNC machines operation, tooling usage, jig & fixture design.
Be familiar with QA & QC, supplier management
