职位概要
负责仓库数据和货物的管理，科学有序的保管好仓库内物资，做好防火防盗工作，掌握库存情况，充分发挥周转效率，及时收发货物，盘点库存物料，并及时在ERP系统里面更新。
工作内容
1. 按规定做好材料的验收和入库，并做好登记工作。
2. 对原材料的周转进行全程跟踪，记录到账，盘点，并做到账账相符。
3. 入库物资严格把好验收关，做好各种验收数据记录，发现变质货物拒收入库。
4. 随时掌握库存状态，保证货物的及时供应以及安全库存。
5. 合理安排库内堆位，预留足够的出入通道及安全距离，安全高度。
6. 定期对库房进行整理，保持货物整齐美观，使物资设备分类排列，存放整齐，数量准确。
7. 定期清理库房内废弃物品。
8. 督促装卸工按指定堆位整齐叠位，发现倾斜要立即纠正，不准在货堆上行走、坐卧，也不准在货堆旁的通道坐、卧。
9. 每天一次检查仓库区内、外的防火、防盗设施，发现问题要立即整改并向主管报告。
10. 每周检查一次库房建筑物，发现漏雨、渗水等异常情况要及时各主管报告。
11. 刀具的上机下机记录，以及修磨寄送安排，订单核对等。
12. 每天下班前对各库区的门，窗等进行检查，确认防火、防盗等方面确无隐患后才可离岗下班。

UBIQ is a manufacturer of a Magnesium Oxide (Mgo), composite cement board, operating a manufacturing factory located in Jixian, Tianjin.

The product range was developed over the recent years. UBIQ sells to the Australian market and distributes the INEX> products across Australia. Currently, UBIQ is experiencing far greater demand in Australia than the current production facilities can meet.

UBIQ (Tianjin) is a wholly-owned foreign enterprise, however we lease the factory from a local entity.

To meet demand, UBIQ is currently constructing a new factory facility in Dalian, Liaoning Province.
It is envisaged that new Manufacturing Manager will move to our Dalian facility when it is completed in approximately 12 months.

This Dalian factory will accommodate another 16 production lines over the next 2 years, coming on line. It is envisaged that the existing factory and production line will be the training ground for new workers who, once trained, will move into the new production line facilities.


The Product
The UBIQ range covers building boards for general flooring, walls and cladding applications across all sectors of the construction industry. Independent tests show that INEX> products are stronger, stiffer, more water resistant, lighter, have a superior surface finish, perform better acoustically, have higher fire ratings. The products can be cut, drilled, nailed and worked like the best alternatives.
INEX> Floor, Board, Sheet and Weatherboard are accredited for the Australian market.
All of the products are exported from the Jixian factory to various ports in Australia.

The existing factory has operated since August 2013, with a reasonably reliable, local factory work force of approximately 70 people, under UBIQ management, by the Operations Director
