Finance Share Service Center - TRP (Treasury & Payment) Accountant 资金会计

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure company policy & procedures are consistently applied and compliance with statutory accounting & tax requirements。
2. Process all the payments timely & correctly, including of internal / external/staff reimbursement, etc.
3. Responsible for maintaining local book keeping using FIN software independently
4. As an experienced to monitor team junior staff’s daily workload.
5. Familiar with internal WHT procedure
6. Assist and to monitor and manage company cash pooling.
7. Cash Flow forecast and monthly monitor
8. Assist annual external & internal audit, tax filing, tax inspections, etc.
9. Cooperate with other functions on varies requirements
** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
** Other tasks assigned by the company

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level, majoring in Finance & Accounting
2. Working experience: at least 3 years’ related experiences in Finance
3. Familiar with PRC taxation, accounting and regulations
4. Able to work under pressure and patient, with good coordination skills
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, self-driven and pragmatic
6. English skills
7. PC skills (Microsoft Office operation, including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
