职位描述：
The Group:
The Corporate team unites a variety of functions at Morningstar including design, marketing, finance, quality, human resources, corporate communications, legal, compliance, strategic planning, and technology with the goal of keeping our business running smoothly. Each of these functions plays an essential role in supporting our company’s infrastructure, day-to-day operations, and ongoing strategic initiatives.

The Role:
As the HR Specialist, you will be a member of our team that executes and supports our HR Shared Services. Performing in this role, you will investigate and support the HR common questions and operations according to the HR policies and processes in different locations. This role is based in Shenzhen, reporting to HR Shared Services manager.

Responsibility:
- Provide consistent HR support to Morningstar Global offices
- Resolve employee HR Request globally
- Support HR daily common operation
- Support Morningstar Global HR processes
- Support Morningstar Global & Regional HR Reports
- Support employee information accuracy in HR system
- Assist Company HR Activities

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience,
- Experience in Shared Services operation strongly preferred
- HR knowledge and techniques, includes but not limited to staffing, partnership, employee activities
- Rich experience in Office tools, including Word, Excel & PPT
- Good analytical, problem solving skills, well-organized and be able to work on multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written English communications
