主要职责 Main Responsibility
1.Lead booth promotion team to achieve monthly valid leads collection target through planning, executing and managing promotion booth activities. 通过良好的计划与管理，能带领团队完成每月公司的推广任务
2.Site visit the promotion booth activities and provide constructive proposals on promotion gifts and promoter management policies through observation and feedback collection with promoters. 定期现场巡视，完善推广员管理制度，同时根据市场反馈对推广礼物提出建设性的提议
3.Plan and take the lead in the initiative of developing high-end shopping mall long term booth and show room. 积极主动在客流量大的高端商业场所开发长期固定摊位和展示间
4.Evaluate booth locations via contract generation status and cost control on monthly basis and arrange the coming month plan based on the analysis.通过每月合同产出和成本控制的状况，评估推广地点，并以此为基础安排下月的计划
5.Get part-time workers to share the value of WSE and ensure standardized behavior and script through check and training.通过对兼职员工的培训和督查，确保其行为和话术标准化，以符合华尔街英语的价值取向。
6.Develop and organize the joint promotions with high-end shopping malls, database companies, membership companies and every other aggressive joint promotion approaches to enhance the brand awareness and increase sales. 开发并组织与各通路及商家协商的联合推广活动以期增强品牌知名度与扩大销售
7.Evaluate and track the outcome of joint promotion activities. 评估联合推广活动的成效
8.Support centers in shopping malls to promote the brands and increase sales via mini-roadshows, interactive activities and new MKT channel – Promoter Walk in. 通过小型路演，互动活动及新的市场推广渠道－“直接邀约拜访”来支持位于大型购物商场的学习中心，以期增强品牌知名度与扩大销售
9.Check signage on regular basis and propose options for new and important signage and advertisement. 根据需求做提议广告计划，并定期巡查维护各中心附近的广告位

Requirements任职要求:
1.3+ years supervisory experience in direct sales or direct marketing,University degree and above required 3年以上销售或者营销行业市场管理运作经验,
本科及以上学历
2.Strong negotiation and people skills 具较强的商谈和交际能力
3.Strong analytical background with ability to evaluate programs and monitor results对于计划的实施和监控有较强的分析和评估能力
4.Strong sense of creativity in both management and MKT activities 在管理和市场推广上有杰出的创造性
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese) 具良好的中英文写作与沟通能力 （书写及口语）
6.Inspirational. Team-player and proven ability of management and motivation 悟性好。富有团队精神，管理能力和自我激励精神
7.Must be able to work independently with multi-task responsibility and good planning and organization skills优秀的计划和管理能力，独立能力强，并可胜任多重工作职责
