职位描述：
We are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join DHL eCommerce team to be base in our Shenzhen office.

Responsibilities:
? Collection of receivables and reduce bad debts through vigilant monitoring creditor accounts
? Managing credit of collection of customers and backend credit issues including external debt collection and legal arrangement.
? Manage backend operation to minimize bad debt by directly dealing with credit suspended accounts, small claim tribunal, coordinating with solicitors & external collections agents for collection actions.
? Credit information agencies to conduct company search, business registration search and court check against target customers for credit monitoring purpose.
? Regular management report

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting, collections, finance or related field
? Minimum 5 years credit control experience gained from medium/large-sized company
? Good credit analysis, debt collection and numerical skills
? God telephone and complain handling skils
? Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
? Hands-on PC skills in MS office;
? Familiar in SAP OTC module is a plus
? Self-motivated independent and able to work under pressure.
