Report to: Language Center Director
Subordinate: N/A
Position Summary
Be part of Scheduling and Customer Service team to help provide professional service to all Berlitz internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
In charge of language course coordination and daily schedule confirmation
Assisting Course Consultant and teachers to follow up service to customer
Handling different phone calls and transferring to related person in charge, doing all reception work
Assisting maintain good working environment, including ordering and managing suppliesfor office daily use
Other Admin work assigned by supervisor

Qualification
Bachelor degree at least, admin background preferred.
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing. Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
Tidy mind at work, excellent communication skills, and strong sense of responsibility
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure
Working experiences in MNC is a plus
