职位描述
Job Description:
§ Staffing
a. Develop and implement a Work Breakdown Schedule in order to distribute the packages and other tasks to the project staff.
b. Liaise with the Chief Operations Manager about request of staff on the project in time.
c. Assign administrative and commercial works to the CM as per the project necessities.
d. Lead the project team, evaluate project team members on a yearly basis and report necessary adjustments frequently to the COM and act as the disciplinary authority on site.
§ Reporting
a. Initiate internal
b. Report exceeding safety violations or fatal accidents.
c. Provide required documentations and forms for CAR, Third Party Liabilities as per the Instructions to the Site Management.
§ Project Management

b. Gain all related project information from the Tendering Department and attain informations about initial steps, pre-execution phases, compile the information and transfer to the project related parties, i.e. Design Institute, Project Team.
c. Develop a Master Time Schedule and Detailed Works Programme, including all project steps (Authority Approvals, Design, Subcontracting, Execution, Handing Over), impose and observe with all project members.
d. Direct and observe project approvals with the Authority Liasion Officer and Construction Management, lead and implement corrective measures.
e. Liaise with the Client at all client-related and contractual spots, such as Extension of time, variations, etc.

g. Trigger handing overs and related procedures, documentations.
Pre-Requisites
Education: Civil engineering major, Bachelor degree and above
Related field experience: at least 3 years experience as construction manager
Certificate: Constructor 1 license
Language skills:Fluent Chinese, Fluent English both oral and written
Computer skills: EXCEL, Word, MS Project mandatory
Flexibility: China wide
