DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? To provide high quality consulting services including market analysis, development feasibility studies and occupier strategy studies for Chinese and international clients
? To develop business opportunities for Strategic Consulting amongst existing and new clients
? To develop a constructive working relationship with personnel in the firm’s other business units
? To develop continuously your skills and experience through appropriate study, maintaining Strategic Consulting at the leading edge of real estate consulting
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
? Financial: to contribute to revenue targets for the team and to be instrumental in the generation of significant new business for the team.
? Client: to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
? People: to command a high level of respect and support amongst your peers in Strategic Consulting and amongst those of other business units
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
? likely to have experience in a consulting environment, and been engaged in a variety of property and/or corporate consulting assignments
? superior knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas: Property related management consulting; Major development projects; feasibility analysis and /or master planning; Property finance and feasibility analysis
? proven high level of initiative and ability
? sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills
