Assignment
1. Recruit Dealer and build-up the dealer network.

2. Establish the management of Dealer, regulation, incentive program, price policy.

3. Training program for Dealer.

4. Annual dealer conference.
组织经销商年度会议
5. Regular meeting with Dealer.
与经销商之间例会
6. Cooperate with regional sales team smoothly.

7. Support SD to develop vocational education business.
协助销售部门开展职业培训事务
8. Work out vocational education strategy, machine specification with consultant.
参与制定职业培训战略及设备说明书
9. Vocational education Seminar.

任职资格
Your Qualifications
？ 机械专业本科学历
Bachelor degree on mechanical engineering
？ 5年以上机床销售工作经验
Over 5 years-experience in machine tools sales
？ 熟练英语读写说水平
Fluent in English
？ 具有处理复杂客户关系和大项目的能力
