Job Description: Research Scientist

Formulation Development

Seeking an innovative and motivated professional to lead the design and execution of experimental programs directed towards the development, scale up, manufacturing and technology transfer of oral formulations with an emphasis on oral solid dose. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to driving forward the design, execution, date evaluation and reporting of experimental results to ensure timely development of dosage forms suitable to meet the requirements of preclinical and clinical studies through to commercialization.

Familiarity with preformulation and formulation of oral solid dose is essential. Familiarity with other dosage form development is desirable.

Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent is required, PH.D. with five years experience in oral solid dosage form development is desirable. Proficient in cGMP’s and familiar with regulatory expectations of cmc sections of regulatory dossiers is preferred. Candidate should be well versed in various formulation technologies and current with emerging technology trends.
