Job Description

This position will include prospecting of qualifies leads, client presentations, proposal writing, sales presentations, contract negotiations and support of the overall sales efforts.
You will promote and sell our HR solutions and services through outbound telephone and on-sites calls to potential customers; contributing to the team-selling process; developing relationships with customers and alliances by using excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities

1 Business development & Client Relations
 Be part of the business development activities for the HR Solutions Services
 Understand client needs through frequent interaction with client managers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential business development opportunities
 Pre-Contract Activities. Assist in the sale of large projects. Develop overall project and scope of work. Define resource needs, timing and budget.
 Knowledgeable of and understands the contracted terms and conditions with client, including pricing as well as client rules of engagement and processes
 Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding parameters, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
 Owns project schedule; responsible for conducting team meetings, delegating tasks, and managing project activities across multiple departments and functions

2. Financial and Administration
 Owns project costs; Responsible for managing change orders and tracking budget versus actual
 Measures & Monitor. Performance review periodically and check for the customer’s satisfaction.
 Track cost vs budget and billable vs non-billable. Review / authorize client billable items.
 Coordinate with BU HR team to manage the day-to-day operations
 Work hand in hand with HR operations to deliver the services on a timely manner
 Provide excellent customer service and act as the liaison between the client and suppliers to successfully manage order fulfillment
 Establish and maintaining project files, set up HR solutions SOP according to the company policy.
 Become the ‘trusted advisor’ on recruitment services to address the client’s business challenges (Align opportunity plan to prospect objectives & priorities);
Requirements

Key Skills and
Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:
? Rich HR solution project management experience in China.
? Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, excellent sales skills.
Strong team working skills, high problem solving skills and able to think outside the box and anticipate problems.
? Familiar with national "labor law", "labor contract law" and related Shanghai labor laws and regulations.
? Good communication/influencing skills.
? Good sense of responsibility.


Education &
Experience
Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess:
? Bachelor degree in Sales / Business development
? Significant sales experience, 5+ years work experience
? Good interpersonal skills
? Fluent English ability, both written and oral
? HRIS knowledge/experience is preferred.
