Job Title: Key Account Manager-Corporate
Report to: Business Manager, Precor
Main Responsiblity:
- To grow the sales and market share of Amer Sports’ Fitness Division throughout China area, manage Corporate channel to achieve our annual sales and customer relations objectives
- To create and lead the corporate segment business development plan.
- To work with Chinese distributors in actively pursuing potential new corporate segment business
- Demonstrate a strong professional company image to our customer, even up to board level in Corporate segment.
- In conjunction with the local salesforce, to assist existing accounts with new developments and facility refurbishments including fitness centers design drawings, equipment recommendations, project management & on-site staff training.
- To maintain the customer database and company key performance indicator system, ensuring the information is updated, accurate and available at all times.
- To represent Precor at customer presentations, trade shows, conferences, seminars & corporate events.
- To liaise with Precor USA and International offices to ensure an excellent global account management service is delivered to key clients.
- To negotiate the best commercial position for Precor with existing and new customers
- Any other task or activity you may be required to carry out or assist with from time to time
Needed Competencies:
- Familiar with fitness industry, experience in Corporate segment is a plus
- Excellent English presentation skill
- Ability to represent Precor with Board level clients
- High level of intellect, numeracy, communication skills, computer literacy, time management & negotiation skills
Education:
University degree or above with a concentration in Sales is preferred
Needed Work Experience:
- At least 6-8 years management experience working in a sales and / or account management role
- Strong interest in health and fitness would be a plus
