Role Title: Shipping&Customs,Product Licensing Manager
Description of the role:
Shipping&Customs,Product Licensing Manager is a department manager, and he is a member of the company’s management team. in terms of shipping,customs and product licensing related issues, Shipping&Customs,Product Licensing Manager is the representative of the company, and he should lead the team to finish all related works for the company.
Supervisor: Managing Director
Key tasks:
1. Manages Customs related fairs.
2. Ensures Customs Clearance effectively and timely.
3. Efficient management of Customs Agent.
4. Manages the EMS and the reconciliation of bonded material.
5. Manages inbound and outbound shipment and Forwarders, to ensure materials and finished goods are dispatched in a timely manner.
6. Be responsible for Production Licensing application, manufacturing license and type testing for new products.
7. Manages and controls departmental budget.
8. Develops policies and procedures to ensure timely and efficient work flow
9. Executes new initiatives to continuously improve work processes and ensures these are implemented.
10. Monitors performance, investigates issues and puts the relevant corrective action plans
11. Ensure safety in all operations.
12. Other assigned jobs.
Requirements:
Experience/ Education
？ At least 10 years working experience in areas of mentioned above.
？ Experience in foreign companies.
？ Familiar with all the rules of Logistics Park, Free Trade Zone, Customs.
？ Familiar with Custom books application and relevant rules.
？ Familiar with international freight regulation and practice.
？ Experience on product Licensing preferred.
？ Graduated from college.
Competencies
？ Good skills in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
？ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
？ Good command of English on writing, basic on oral, capability to control business connection.
？ Cuteness in detecting problems in operation,
？ Good negotiation skill on cost,
？ Good personnel management and coaching skill.
？ Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
？ Good analytical skills and able to work independently.
