【Role】
Provide first level support to operations function. Responsible for analyzing sales/ market data and administering data quality, May be responsible for providing training to sales teams. Responsible for regional NPS actions, coordination of all customer issues across functions like service and OTR (Out-Of-Tolerance Report). Support sales operations leader in SFE & other activities related to driving growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.

【Key Responsibilities/主要职责】
1, Data collection and allocation, and establishment of data files, timely updates and maintenance;
2, Create regular report format, provide monthly, quarterly data reporting, management decisions to provide data support;
3, According the sales management requirements, to provide various dimensions of data analysis and forecasting to improve sales effectiveness and per capita productivity;
4, Provide critical data support for the performance evaluation;
5, Provide data support for the sales plan, regional target setting, regional distribution, staffing
6, Tracking and continuously improve CRM data quality

【Key skills/ Critical experience关键技能/经验标准】
1、本科学历以上，数学、统计学等相关优先；
2、熟练应用办公软件，特别是excel；
3、1年的相关数据分析与管理经验，有较强的数据分析和处理能力，有医药行业经验优先；有Saleforce.com项目经验优先；
4、抗压能力强；
5、喜欢数据分析与管理工作；
