Temporary (Dec 2016 – Oct 2017)

1) CUSTOMS
- Customs document compiling (Product Information / Contract / Invoice / Packing list / CIQ supporting documents)
- Weekly import shipment status & Transfer Order pending status summary
- PO input & PO Receipt in ERP system for import shipment
- Import shipment status & Customs tax summary
- Customs document / Tax document filing (Scanning / Printing / Filing)
- Product sorting for Transfer Order
- Manifest compiling for new SKU of existing products
- SC sewing label compile for CIQ-Textile
2) CIQ
- Working with Bonded warehouse / customs brokers team to follow up CIQ testing / label inspection status / label or hangtag amendment when CIQ requested
- Working with Bonded warehouse /HK teammate on CIQ sample preparation
- CIQ summary update & CIQ testing result update
- CIQ Registration document preparation
3) WAREHOUSE
- Remote supervision of non-bonded domestic warehouse daily work to ensure accuracy of inbound / outbound proceeding
- Consumption material purchasing (eg. Wrap film / bubble film / plastic
  bag / carton box etc)
- Working with warehouse to consolidate special pick / pack / outbound requirement for certain customers when sales requested
- Working with warehouse to arrange replacement if any delivery shortage / damage
- Working with warehouse on Brands’ Direct Purchase inbound booking & VA arrangement
- PO / TO / SO input in ERP system for inbound / shortage or damage replacement
- Working with warehouse for return stock sorting & classification when required
- Working with finance team to arrange monthly payment of customs / warehouse / delivery
4) LOCAL DELIVERY
- Remote supervision of local domestic delivery to ensure timely & accuracy of SO delivery
- Working with local domestic team on compensation and replacement if any delivery shortage or damage preparation
- Weekly update of local domestic delivery status
- Working with local domestic team for return stock pick up & delivery when required
5) BRANDS’ DIRECT PURCHASE
- Working HK Purchase team for Chinese version of Brands’ Direct Purchase PO preparation
- Working with factory for confirmed PO proceeding & product collection
- Working with Finance team for PO payment


Requirement:
? Diploma or above
? Hold certificate of customs clearance is an advantage
? At least three years relevant working experience in FMCG industry
? Attention to details, strong communication skills, adaptable, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
? Level 4 English or higher, fluent in Mandarin, ability to understand Cantonese is an advantage
? Proficient in office software (MS Word, MS Excel Powerpoint) and Chinese Word processing
