Key Responsibilities主要职责
- Assist in the execution of all interior changeovers at the store(s) including but not limited to on-site prop handling and prop placement.
- In keeping with the visual calendar, prepare for future floor changes with the compilation of floor maps and product layouts.
- Execute daily interior maintenance for all store(s) including assisting with any commercial callouts as best as creatively possible.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site.
- Execute interim display strategies for critical vacancies.
- Partner with Creative Presentation and Retail Operations.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Frequent travel requested.
Requirements要求
- 1 to 3 years visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience. Sales experience with RL viewed favourably.
- Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.
- Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (e.g. evenings after 9pm and weekends).
- Project Management/Organization skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punchlist, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction.
- Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in verbal conversation with peers, supervisors and direct reports.
- General computer proficiency to include Word and PowerPoint. Photography skills a plus.
- Proven ability to understand RL aesthetic.
