岗位职责:
· 提供硬件和软件的安装和升级服务;
· 进行杀毒工作;
· 判断客户系统故障,并进行修复工作;
· 判断打印机等外围设备故障,并进行修复工作;
· 处理网络设备故障,以确保电脑联网正常;
· 对音频和视频设备进行安装和故障的处理;
· 工作时间要有弹性;
任职要求:
· 2年以上外派IT工程师的工作经验。具有修理打印机,台式电脑和笔记本电脑的能力,具有外企工作经验者优先考虑;
· 具有维护Windows OS, Microsoft Office, McAfee 杀毒和HP打印机,台式电脑和笔记本电脑的经验;
.英语听说读写熟练,可进行商务沟通;.
· 具有出色的故障处理能力;
· 具有有线和无线网络连接能力;
· 具有MS Outlook Calendars 的工作经验;
· 具有培训同行和客户的能力,服从客户的管理;

Job responsibilities:
1. Provide hardware and software installation and upgrade services;
2. Work for antivirus;
3. Determine the customer system failure and repair work;
4. Determine the printer and other peripheral equipment failure and repair work;
5. Deal with network equipment failure, to ensure the normal computer networking;
6. The audio and video equipment for installation and fault handling;
Post requirements:
1.3 -5 years working experience in assignment IT engineers. Has the repair printers, desktops and laptops;
2. Has the maintenance Windows OS, Microsoft Office, McAfee anti-virus and HP printer, desktop computers and laptops experience;
3. Have good troubleshooting ability;
4. With wired and wireless Internet connectivity;
5. On demand, and event have rapid response ability;
6. Has the non-technical service object and communication skills;
7. Excellent written and verbal communication;
8. Have good ability to record;
9. Have the ability to handle multiple work;
10. Has the MS Outlook Calendars working experience;
11. Training is the ability of peers and customers, subject to customer management;
12. Pay attention to detail;
13. Have the ability to create and change the document
14. Have the ability to work independently;
15. Have the ability to seek the internal and external help.
16. Customer oriented;
17. Good English Level.
