Responsibilities:
1. BOMs, routing creation, updating and audit;
2. Production cost review and cost reduction proposal;
3. Improve current jigs, fixtures and tools of production processes, and document related drawings;
4. Production line capacity improvement;
5. Co-ordinate between Production, Quality and other related department;
6. Optimize and standardize operation process;
7. Layouts design improvement;
8. New equipment purchase includes their development, testing and commissioning;
9. Train operators how to use new machinery and special devices;
10. Support Lean manufacturing manager, lead on Kaizen projects.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above in Industrial Engineering;
2. At least 5 years' IE working experience in manufacturing department;
3. Excellent data statistics and analysis experience and capability;
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Be familiar with Lean manufacturing
