基本要职责

负责建立当地的销售团队，包括招聘销售工程师/客户服务代表/技术支持；
根据总部的安排，确保与主要供应商的良好合作关系；
根据总部的发展战略，制定当地的区域销售计划并负责实施；
通过领导、开发和辅导由销售工程师和客户服务代表组成的团队实现区域销售目标；
完成区域指定的财政指标


技能和要求

对于本地分销市场的了解透彻；
分销工作经验至少5年；管理过6人以上团队；
对于主要供应商(Schneider/ABB/Siemens)的政策了解透彻；
良好的组织和管理能力；
基本的英语能力
