1. Warehousing and transporting
仓储运输管理
Oversee the general operation, effectiveness and optimization of RDCW’s operation in Chengdu to support sales in western area
监督RDCW(成都)的仓储操作、效率和优化，支持西部地区销售
Training, guidance and performance monitoring of warehouse desk and floor workers to finish daily job
培训、指导仓库桌面和地面工人完成日常工作，并监控其业绩
Generate and update monthly statistics on warehouse and back-office operation
每月生成和更新仓库和后台操作的统计数字
Motivate, coordinate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set service level targets are met
激励、协调和鼓励团队的成员，以确保达到所设定的服务水平目标
Monitoring and evaluation of 3rd party logistic partners scope of supply
监测和评价第三方物流合作伙伴的供给范围
Control decision making on outsourcing requirements

Drive and control that all HSE and ISO routines are adhered to in the operation of our warehouse and/or storage facilities

Requirements:

Male
男性
Age: around 30 years old
30岁左右
Above 5-10 years experience in management/leadership experience in warehousing and logistics
具备5-10年以上仓储管理经验
Prefer Industrial Electric distribution experience
从事工业电气用品的分销经验的，优先考虑
College or over graduated in Business Management/ Logistics
专科及以上学位，工商管理专业或供应链学科
Good ERP understanding
对ERP有很好的了解
Excellent understanding of warehouse management system
