Our client is a European dental laboratory group with production base in China. Currently we are looking for a General Manager in Shenzhen.
Team Management and Leadership
? Provides leadership for problem resolution to improve working relationships through effective facilitation, communications, coaching, training and development
? Leads the annual performance review, training and development of the management team
Financial & Corporate
? In line with global standards and requirements for budget planning, financial reporting, and controlling
? Compliance with Local tax requirements
Local Government Relationship
? Manages compliance with local government regulations
? Keeps good relationship with the local authorities/government officials in terms of tax, legal and other consulting issues
