职位描述：
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Manage general accounting and reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to Executive group while conforming to local GAAP and Corporate Accounting procedures. Meanwhile, being business partner to support business daily operation and decision making.
管理相关会计业务，以确保准确和及时向相关部门提供财务数据报告，同时符合当地会计准则和公司会计程序; 并从财务角度支持业务部门。

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
? Prepare accounting transactions into accounting/finance system and make sure month end reports are delivered on timely and accurate manner.
? 负责在公司财务软件里编制凭证及会计核算工作, 并确保财务报表准确准时上报
? Prepare tax filing information in a timely manner and ensure to be compliant with local tax regulation; assist external annual audit
? 根据当地税务要求，准备税务信息; 协助外部审计工作
? Daily support from finance perspective on business daily operation; Coordinate business partners for annual planning and forecasting
? 从财务角度对业务部门日常工作提供支持； 与管理层协调年度预算和季度预测。
? Conduct variance analysis between actual vs. plan/forecast and alert management with unusual items
? 每月进行财务报表分析并及时与管理层沟通
? Develop good internal control system to safeguard company assets
? 建议和完善会计制度/程序，以确保公司资产的安全有效

DIMENSIONS /WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
The position will be located in Shanghai. Reporting to Country manager of Singapore and HK

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Above four year college in Accounting/Finance equivalent
                      大学及以上会计或财务专业

Experience:
                 Minimum four years accounting experience
                  至少4年以上的工作经验
         Strong proficiency in MS Office
                 熟悉办公软件的操作
         Immediately available is preferable
                 可立即上岗优先考虑
         Fluent English is a preferable
