职位描述：
Duties/Responsibilities:

? Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives.
? Designing the system functional solution and providing its delivery cost.
? Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specification, system testing plan and User manual, etc.
? Support the communication within business parties and development team.
? Work with System analyst to support User acceptance testing.
? Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change.
? Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
? Conduct system demonstration while needed.
? Conduct User training while needed.
? Work as developer’s mentor.

Key Measuring Parameters:

? Attainment of objectives and adherence to both deadlines and procedures of work
? Minimum 6 years of application development experience with at least 5 years in system design or relevant experience.
? Have actual project experience on below Java technical domain:
Spring MVC, Hibernate, Structs, J2EE
? Problem solving skill
? Effective communication skill
? System training techniques
? People coaching skill


Qualification:

Education University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
Relevant Experience Minimum 8 years IT working experience, at least 5 years supervisory experience
Language/Skills ? Good command of English both in oral and written
? Effective communication skills
? Good presentation skill
? Project management skill
? Knowledge in broad technical platforms/areas preferred
? Coaching skill
