职位要求：

Objective:

？ To lead the Wuxi IFS Engineering Department, work with TC & Sales for launching new product & day to day service to production line in terms of equipment servicing / maintenance.

？ Responsibilities:

？ Lead a team of Product Engineers to modify the basic product feature to cope with customer specifications.

？ Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers to work out standard cost, maintain the BOM & other relevant documents upon Sales inquiry.

？ Lead a team of Maintenance Engineer to provide the scheduled preventative & quick turnaround breakdown maintenance for the manufacturing equipment & tooling.

？ Resource planning & adequate / proper staff in various Engineering positions.

？ Annual budget of the departments.

？ Expenses control to cope with the planned numbers.

？ Continuous cost reduction to maintain the competitiveness.

？ Execution of Lean & Six Sigma Project.

？ Continuous Drive of cost reductions, quality enhancements and process flow management.

？ Coach the team & talent development for the department.

Qualifications:

？ Bachelor's degree in management or engineering.

？ Minimum of 5 years of Metal Work Plant.

？ Knowledge of welding & painting.

？ Strong communication & inter-personnel skill. Good industrial network is an advantage.

？ Proven track record & ability to collaborate with other departments, e.g., TC & Sales.

？ LSS & cost reduction mind set.

Technical Competencies:

？ Knowledge of BOM & costing upon sales inquiry.

？ Knowledge of CNC machine, laser cut & press brake.

？ Knowledge of welding & painting.

？ Knowledge of workmanship requirement of IAF product.

？ Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tooling.

？ Judgment and Thinking (strategic thinking, original thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving approach)
