Responsiblities:

· Ensures self dependently the professional execution of all day-to-day HR Management tasks of the operation (recruitment, employee services, personnel development, personnel layoff, HR controlling, etc.)

· Supervises the HR Administration tasks of the operation (payroll, social security, time management, personnel budget and forecast, etc.)

· Consults and supports the Managing Directors and managers in all HR- and labor law-related issues

· Addresses on his own initiative leadership issues to all managers, implements appropriate measures and acts as a coach

· Rolls out global standards for HR processes and tools and takes care that they are properly applied

· Takes a proactive and designing role especially to shape a performance-oriented and motivating working culture

· Initiates and actively supports change processes

· Manages a results-oriented cooperation with the works council and unions (if existing)

· Takes initiative and makes expert contributions in international conceptual projects to further develop and optimize the group-wide HR Management

· Attends and represents the interests of the local operation in international HR meetings (regular travelling)

· Leads the local HR team

Requirements:

· Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources or behavioural sciences
· Experience in HR management in manufacturing operations in international company groups
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
· Competency in the use of spreadsheets, databases and word processing, intranet site development particularly related to HR functions
· Ability to organise time and projects effectively and to meet deadlines
· Good organizational and communication skills
· Able to work under high pressure
· Loyal, strong sense of responsibility
· Good team player
