Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

· Develop and continuous improve manufacture control plan for each operation

· Handle customer complaint to minimize warranty cost and have failure information feedback to technology and production teams for corrective action

· Communication parts quality with other department

· Monthly quality statistic and update department & workshop quality scoreboard

· Have center document control to make sure all the technical drawings, specification, procedures, working instruction, etc. are under control

· Manage gauge calibration (registration, calibration, records, etc.)



Key Activities:

· Monitor factory quality performance and report the quality problem

· Analysis the defects and find out the correction

· Center document controlling

· Gauge and calibration management

· Provide the necessary chemical analysis in the WWTP system



Qualifications/Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years Manufacturing/Operations experience in quality control and document control

· BS engineering or equivalent

· Seasoned in quality assurance system. Prefer six-sigma certificate holder.

· Good English in written and verbal

· Good at communication skill with customers
