职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1.To assure the product quality in each station such as in-coming, in-process and out-going to comply with the company standard and or customer requirements.
确保产品在每一过程如来料、加工及出货等过程中的质量以符合公司的标准及客户的要求。
2. To cooperate with the shop floor and the concern departments to achieve the quality target through the quality improvement team activities.
与车间及其他相关部门协作，通过质量改进等活动以达到质量目标。
3.To keep, control, follow up, record and report the quality performance then solve the problems with the concerned as a team.
保持、控制、跟进、记录并报告与质量相关的工作，与相关的部门共同解决问题。
4. To transfer know-how and provide leadership in quality activities.
在工作中向员工传授技术知识并能担当领导作用
5.To provide and ensure the visual aids, tools, instructions or technical support to shop-floor in catching the quality problems.
向车间提供可视性教具、工具、指导书或其他技术支持以解决质量问题。
6. Be assistant as Management Representative responsible for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS16949 and other International Quality System's activities.
如果产品生产过程中失控或不规范应制止生产并立即纠正以达到持续性进步而达到客户的满意。
7. To contact with the customer in quality activities./在产品质量方面与客户进行沟通。
8. To response the quality complaints, to do the corrective actions, to follow up and maintain the actions.
处理质量投诉、提出改进措施、跟进并维护改进过程。
9.Timely perform the product evaluation run and product development./及时进行产品评估及产品改进。
10. Assist trainer, QA supervisor, Quality information system (QIS) and document control in supporting the technical and data aimed at the quality.
向培训员、质量主管、质量信息系统员及文件控制员提供有关质量方面的技术资料。
11. To maintain the ISO system requirements./维护ISO体系的要求。
12. To keep good work performance and perform other job assignment as required from supervisory.
保持良好的工作表现并按上级主管的要求完成其他指定工作。
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1. In good health condition, and have no any disease./身体健康，无任何疾病。
2.Bachelor degree with Engineering Science background/具备工程学学士学位
3. 3 -5 Years experience in EMS business/3-5年电子产品制造行业经验
4. Good command of communication in English/熟练使用英语
5.Strong responsibility sense/具备很强的责任心
6. Good team work player/具备团队合作精神
