职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1. Lead a team of repairman, sub-lead, and operator to achieve the quality of products, which meet specified quality levels at the lowest cost within schedule time.
负责领导本部门员工在规定的时间内以最低的成本生产符合质量要求的产品。
2. Guide and instruct repairman, sub-lead, operator to work under manufacturing package.
指导各级员工根据生产要求完成生产。
3. Control direct / indirect material usage.
对直接原材料及间接原材料予以控制。
4. Improve productivity yield, improve operator's effectiveness through good leadership and teamwork.
通过有效的领导及团队合作，提高生产效率及员工效率。
5. Maintain discipline of subordinates in accordance with the company's policy, rules and regulation.
确保所下属员工的工作完全符合公司的纪律与文化要求。
6. Identify, solve and report the problem which effect to productivity and quality of the product. 及时发现并有效解决有关生产及产品质量的问题，并及时上报结果。
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1. 2 Years experience in EMS business/ 2年电子产品制造行业经验
2. Good leadership/具备良好的领导能力
3. Basic command of communication in English Chinese./具备基本的英语沟通能力
4. Stong responsibility sense/具备很强的责任感
