职位描述：
1 工作职责
1) 配合完成EHS程序文件的建立与体系推行
2) 在电气安全防护、设备安全防护、特种设备安全、化学品安全、新项目/新工艺管理、变更管理中提供技术支持
3) 定期现场检查，包含承包商活动的检查
4) 消防及应急反应体系的建立，异常事件的调查与处理
5) 开发并提供EHS培训课程
6) 配合完成相关审核，如客户社会责任审核、EHS管理体系审核等
7) 与当地相关政府机构的沟通
8) EHS经理交办的其他任务
2 任职要求
1) 学历：大学本科，安全、环境、化工相关专业
2) 工作经验：3年以上EHS工作经验，有欧美外企经验者优先
3) 知识与技能：良好的英语听说读写能力；熟悉国内EHS相关法律法规要求；熟悉OHSAS18001/ISO14001体系运行；有注册安全工程师资格证书者优先
4) 素质要求：工作积极主动，能在压力下工作，良好的沟通能力、执行力与团队协作精神

1. responsibilities
a) Assist to establish EHS procedures and implement EHS management system
b) Provide technical support in electric safety/machine guarding/special equipment safety/new project management/MOC etc.
c) Regular EHS inspection on site include contractor activities
d) Establish firefighting and emergency response system, event investigation and tracking
e) Develop and provide EHS training courses
f) Assist to conduct EHS audit, e.g. customer social accountability audit, EHS management system audit, etc.
g) Keep communication with related local government agencies
h) Other task that assigned by EHS manager
2. Qualifications
a) Bachelor degree, major in safety/environment/chemical engineering or related
b) At least three years’ experience in EHS, foreign firms preferred
c) Good English skills; familiar with China regulations and standards; familiar with OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001 system operation; CSE verification preferred
d) Be proactive, can work under stress, good communication/execution and team work skills 举报 分享
