Lead the quality department covering QA, QC and laboratory

Oversee product quality and process control, lead in trouble shooting and ensure quality problems be solved in time

Maintain quality system and documentation

Advise the management on quality management and continuous improvement, and implement related activities

Perform
as Contact person to customers and supplier in the field of quality,
deal with customer complaints and incoming material inspection

Act as chief coordinator for internal and external audits

Coach, manage and grow the quality dept. team of over 10 staff

Provide quality training to all the employees

Other duties as assigned

University degree of mechanical engineering or relative major

At least 5-year working experiences in quality management

Experienced in die casting / machining

Familiar with APQP, APQP, statistical tools, measurement tools, etc.

Strong in problem solving

Mature leadership and sound people management skill

Good command of English, both speaking and writing

Ability to work well with pressure
