Job Description:

The position is required to support the engagement of the MES solution to specific client in both semiconductor and flat panel display industries. The engagement for solution promotion includes business identify, requirement clarification, develop business strategy of solution sales, develop relationship with clients, present the proposal of the MES solution, and define the scope


Key Responsibilities:

understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying MES solution knowledge to meet those needs
ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed MES solution knowledge of technical specifications and other features of MES systems and processes and then documenting them
cold-calling in order to create interest in MES solution and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
marketing and promoting a portfolio of MES solution by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events
developing effective engagement plans using sales methodology
providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of MES systems
advising on MES solution features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts, such as business flow, fully automation, process flow, manufacturing or other specialist areas of semiconductor or flat panel display industry
meeting business targets set and contributing to team targets


Key Requirements:

bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic, Applied Mathematics or related
at least 2 years’ experience in C/C++ coding in the platform of UNIX
at least 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry of semiconductor or flat panel industry
at least 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution
the solution experience of Computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is preferred
deep industry and process knowledge with the seniority and business acumen to earn instant credibility with C-level business leaders
deep experience consulting with large and mid-size Chinese companies as well as multi-national companies
flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing requirements, deadlines and requirements
professional work ethic and result orientation that is targeted towards managing by objectives 举报 分享
