About the Job
Within defined part of the business and legal framework of Interstil, secure excellence in driving and running supply chain development agenda in certain area, optimize operation efficiency, logistic setup and purchase development by applying best buy principle of price, delivery, quality and social responsibilities on daily basis.
Job Description
- Follow-up, analyze and take actions to continuously improve supplier delivery performance and assure goods are shipped in time from suppliers. If failure in delivery performance, initiate actions and follow them up.
- Proactively work with alarm /early warning systems to detect and prevent deviations from goals.
- Work closely with suppliers to provide them with relevant training and working methods, in order to support their development to the required performance levels.
- Daily troubleshooting and at the same time find solutions to avoid similar future problems.
- Optimize supply solutions, contribute to smooth supply process with focus on constantly improving business offer and lower down total supply cost.
- Work closely with cross functions in supply chain. Initiate, organize, and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Cooperate with IT to maintain and develop ERP system on ordering and reporting system.
- Preparing the organization and working process ready for fast growing business without cost increase.
Requirement
Knowledge
- +3 years of progressive supply chain experience in Multi-national Corporation.
- Advanced knowledge in planning, scheduling, inventory management and other theories related to supply chain development preferred.
- Effective business analysis and project management skills, financial basics.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP setup.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
Capability
- Overall view on supply chain with sense of cost saving all the way thru.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven effective team player with ability to build and maintain relationships to achieve results
- Structured, sense of urgency and service minded.
- Self-motivated and would like to take challenges.
