职位描述：
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
? Manage 3PL warehouse daily operations, ensure operation align with SOP and be conducted on time.
? Regular visits to the warehouse to check the quality of the product storage status and conduct the cycle count together with warehouse colleague. Manage the warehouse stock adjustment.
? Manage day to day local transportation operations through 3PL, Manage the tracking report and deal with the transportation abnormal issues.
? Manage the 3PL service for wholesale, retail and E-commerce partners; coordinate the communication between logistics vendor and internal customer.
? Communicate with 3PL warehouse for monthly inbound and outbound volume, optimize the capacity of 3PL
? Coordinate the communication between the compliance, quality team and warehouse for VAS operation.
? Responsible for logistics reports including 3PL KPI report, operational report.
? Analysis the KPI of 3PL and work with 3PL to improve the performance.
? Manage the 3PL monthly payment.
? Assist in plan and implementation new logistics projects.

Qualification/Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics or Business Management
? 2+ years working experience on Logistics Management.
? Experience in managing 3PL vendor or 3PL working experience.
? Good at Microsoft Office skill, SAP knowledge is plus.
? Good communication skill.
? Good at both spoken/written English
? Strong organizational skills, with high level of ownership and passion for the brand.
