Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build an International Residential Property business in South China with the support of Head of IP for China
- Coordinate the business opportunities with our overseas partners
- Work closely with overseas partners to meet their requirements on business needs and manage events
- Create and maintain new sales channel
Requirements:
- Working experience of 3 - 5 years or above in international residential sales, personal investment or luxury personal services sales sector
- Experience in international residential sales is ideal
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Strong capability of coordinating business with clients
- Strong organizational skills and able to work independently
- Fluent spoken and written language skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong inter personal skills, flexibility and adaptability to change
