Position Requirement:

4 Year College Degree in accounting. Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak). More than 4 yrs related working experience , Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel, knowledge on SAP ERP system is preferred.

Job Description:

To account for control and report on financial activities associated with plant operations to include but not limited to factory auditing , accounts payable, factory accounting, fixed assets , standard cost activities, assistwith budget preparation and presentations, inventory, banking and monthly journal entries. Prepare and submit various accounting reports to the accounting manager. Other responsibilities as assigned.

INVENTORIES 30%

1. Review and analyze transactions at all stages of inventories.

2. Prepare reconciliation of assigned perpetual inventories extended at standard cost to the corresponding dollar balances in the General Ledger.

3. Coordinate and audit cycle counts of inventory.

4. Prepare and analyze total pounds of scrap reported versus total pounds of scrap removed from the factory.

5. Aid in preparation and implementation of physical inventory.

PRODUCT COSTING 30%

1. Determine from BOM the material content of the product.

2. Verify with purchasing the cost of materials and/or equipment needed to manufacture the product.

3. Verify with BOM, Industrial Engineer, and/or comparable product the labor operations necessary to

manufacture the product.

4. Apply material, labor, overhead and other factors to arrive at estimated cost to manufacture the

product.

5. Calculate and record in the journal any revaluations of inventories resulting from additions to or updating

of costs.

6. Oversee and coordinate computation of annual product cost revaluation.

7. Perform various cost analyses as assigned by Accounting Manager.

8. Review edit listing of new/revised pricing to ensure accuracy of input.

9. Develop and implement strategies to increase plant efficiency and lower unit costs.

MANUFACTURING ACCOUNTING 25%

1. Record Journal entries for transactions both inter company and internally for inventories.

2. Verify and analyze manufacturing variances with product line managers and

supervisors.

3. Assist product line managers and supervisors with development of corrective action plans.

4. Audit and initiate studies of corrective action plans for improvements in variances.

GENERAL ACCOUNTING 15%

1. Reconcile all assigned General Ledger accounts. Promptly research and dispose of reconciling differences.

2. Prepare various other journal entries as assigned.

3. Prepare any assigned monthly financial reports.

4. Complete any special projects or other duties assigned by supervisor to accomplish goals of the department.
