Take full responsibilities of inventory and cost in the plant. Handle financial function in ERP system and cost closing. Responsible for inventory accounting and inventory reconciliation, variance and COGS account. Organize inventory physical counting. Submit reports of distressed material, inventory turnover, IPM or GMX, MOS, etc. Draft SOP related to inventory and costing, monthly financial closing, and other reporting process. Support Finance Manger to complete yearly budget.

1-Perform all the activities in ERP system for standard cost and cost closing;

2-Handle monthly cost and inventory closing and reconcile the B/S account of inventory, AP accrual, and variance;

3-Estimate standard cost for new products or transferred products. Provide costing information to other Pfizer affiliate site and external organization;

4-Organize physical count according to the schedule and reconcile the quantity between actual and balance in the inventory account;

5-PPV, MUV and VV costing, analysis and reporting;

6-GMX or IPM reporting, including setting in MAPS to get the reports, input the data in the system, timely submission and follow the mark-up issues;

7-Other reports submission, including distressed material, inventory turnover report, MOS report, etc.;

8-Draft SOP of cost, inventory, reporting, financial closing and budgeting. Make sure the activities are in compliance with SOP;

9-Provide relevant documents and work with external auditor for annual statutory audit;

Assist finance manager to complete annual budget.

Above 3 years working experience in related area of manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of standard cost methodology;

Familiar with ERP system;

Proficient in inventory control and cost analysis;

Good oral and written English;

Proficiency in Microsoft applications;

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: work location is in Huinan, Jilin.
