职位描述：
要点：本科，汽车行业背景，主要是新产品前期的，英文要好

岗位职责：
1.Make tool fixture and machine specifications
制定工装夹具和机器规格
2.Find, develop and supervise Machine and tool builders
拓展、提高并监督机床和工装夹具制造商的职责
3.Develop assembly line standard work, optimize the line balance.
发展装配线标准化作业，优化生产线人员平衡。
4.Familiar with the Assembly manufacturing process and capable to design master and Fixtures, set up all the machines. 
熟悉装配制造工艺流程，并有能力设计标定样品和工装夹具以及调试所有的生产设备
5.Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical machines and capable to guild technicians to solving machine faults. 
熟悉组装设备的机械，电气，气压，液压原理并能够指导技术员解决设备故障。
6.Work together with other functions in continuous improvement activity. 
与相关部门合作进行持续改善。
7.Maintain and keep up to date the Manufacturing process documentation. i.e, PFC/PFMEA/CP/WI etc.
维护并持续更新制造工艺文档，如过程流程图、过程失效模式分析、控制计划、作业指导书等。
8.Develop Problem solving and record the problem solving activity
展开问题解决并进行记录。
9.Learn and keep communications with Global ME team. 
学习并保持和全球制造团队的交流。
10.Capable independently to lead new project and establish error proofing systems for Assembly line.
能独立带领新项目并建立装配线防错系统。

任职要求：
1. 3 years of experience in Assembly Manufacturing process control or equivalent.
3年以上的装配过程控制经验。
2.Proven education in  mechanical related profession
具有机械，电气及相关的教育背景
3.Good command of English (both spoken and written) 
良好的英文读写能力
4.Deep understanding of assembly and gaging process. 
对装配和测量工艺有深刻的理解。
5.Good problem solving capability, result oriented. 
良好的解决问题和结果导向的能力
6.Creativity and flexibility, especially in start-up stage
创新，灵活
7. Understanding of the automotive standards such as, MSA, FMEA / CP, SPC , GD&T (Gaging, dimensioning and tolerance) 
理解自动化制造工业相关知识，例如：MSA(测量系统分析)、FMEA(失效模式及后果分析)、CP（控制计划）、SPC（统计过程控制）、GD&T(量具，尺寸和误差)
8.Proven project management ability. Capability to manage multiple tasks at the same time at different places
具有工程管理的能力。能够在不同地点同时完成多项任务。
9.Familiar with PLC programming, good control at CAD software. AB PLC is necessary.
熟练使用PLC进行设备调试，熟悉PLC编程，熟练使用CAD软件
10.Understand Industrial Electrical control system. i.e Profibus, Device Net system.
