Principle of the Accountability:
Provide technical service and presentations to customers in the respective industry
Initiate and execute application/product development projects
Identify and commercialize new opportunities and applications/regional solutions
Contribute to global innovation projects
Monitor and report on competition activities in the region
Build relationship and cooperation with the related industry and academia
Present CS-OI and the Construction business at customers, fair, conferences

Requirements:

Lead the lab and supervise day-to-day lab work
Be a team leader, close co-operation with sales force
