Key responsibilities:

· Be responsible of the product development and assembly process

· Manage and expand the technical department: Sw & Hw design, Mechanical engineering, Prototyping, Industrialization and Maintenance to fulfill the company’s objective and follow its capacity increase

· Participate to the product plan definition with marketing teams

· Lead new electronic / mechanical product development and industrialization from customer requirement until the introduction on the market with your local or international teams

· Maintain and enhance existing product range while cooperating with other departments to achieve the objectives of competitiveness, quality improvement and volume growth

· Acquire new know-how to support the product and industrial strategy of the company by ensuring trainings and competencies increase of your team

· Become a key actor inside the network of all R&D entities of the Group

· Guarantee compliance with Group quality policies, procedures, and practices

· Contribute to the plant strategy definition and its deployment

· Perform other duties as assigned

Main requirements:

· Bachelor/Maser degree, major in engineering or related subjects

· Good in English (both oral and written); good basis in French language will be appreciated

· At least 5 years working experience in product development and industrialization for mass production within an International organization

· Wise technical judgment both in electronic and mechanical areas

· Proven organizational leadership

· Quality mindset, quick adaptability with changing environment

· Strong abilities in project planning and management

· High focus on objectives

· Strong communication skills in multi-cultural teams

· Teamwork spirit, loyal and stable
