职位描述：
1.To lead team member to ensure utility equipment (Boiler, Air heater, compressor , chilled , CG dryer, Water plant , AHU) operation to supply industrial resources stably& safely according to the production plan.
      根据生产计划,带领当班操作人员运行工业服务锅炉,热风炉,空压机等设备,使得工业服务供应稳定和安全.
2.To ensure the product from utility( steam , hot air , compress air , AHU, water etc.) are high quality.
      确保工业服务对生产的供给(蒸汽,热风,压缩空气,空调等)高质量.
3.Assist supervisor to preventive maintenance utility equipment .
       协助主管对工业服务设备进行保养.
4.In charge utility GMP.
协调工业服务GMP工业
5.Lead team member to work hard on energy and water saving.
      带领班成员致力于工厂节能节水工作
6.Control the chemical usage. 控制管理化学药品的使用
7.Record the log sheet / shift report orderly and analyse the operation data turn. Giving advise on improving the utility equipment running. 记录运行表格及记录本,分析运行数据的催势.对工业服务设备的运行给出改善的意见
8.Weekly standby equipment commissioning. 每周试车
9.Understand factory and local environment statute . Ensure operation compliance.
       明白工厂及当地的环保相关法规,确保日常的运行合规.
10.Comply with SHE & NQMS requirement
       满足安全及雀巢质量的要求
11.Manage general service daily job in weekend holiday.
       周末或节假日管理工业服务日常工作

Nestlé Health Science, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nestlé S.A., is a health-science company engaged in advancing the role of empowering healthier lives through nutrition to change the course of health for consumers, patients and its partners in healthcare. Nestlé Health Science employs around 3,000 people worldwide and is headquartered in Epalinges (near Lausanne), Switzerland.

Nestlé Health Sciences (China) Co., Ltd. is invested and established by Nestlé Health Sciences in China. The company is mainly focused in production and sales of formula foods for special medical purposes. The Taizhou plant was completed in June 2017 and equipment qualification finalized at the end of 2017, Operation start from 2018. It mainly produces tuberculosis liquid aseptic enteric nutrition products and oral aseptic clinical nutrition. It is one of the first GMP standard-compliant special medical food formula (FSMP) modern factories in China.
The factory will have the capability of full analysis of products in the factory. The whole industrialized production line adopts the world's advanced liquid sterile production equipment. MES system is implemented in the whole production line to effectively track the incoming and outgoing materials and products and ensure the traceability of products in the hands of consumers. The semi-finished products are processed through the UHT process to instantaneously kill the microorganisms in the product when the equipment passes through high temperature, to further ensure commercial sterility of the products.
