Responsibilities / Duties

? Work with Industrial planning team to set up standards and procedures for the group.
? Lead Industrial planning activities and setting up new plants in group.
? Detailed layout planning in AutoCad including equipment requirements, specifications, area calculations and also investments.
? Ensure all new plants are in line with the standards created to have a lean production process with quality standards.
? Work with existing plants to identify and improve manufacturing processes according to standards and procedures created.
? Actively work with the local plants to create capacity planning documents and work to improve overall plant efficiency.
? Work with the team and plant teams to create good process documentation including, flow charts, FMEA's, control plans and operator work instructions.

Qualification / Education

? Proven experience of industrial planning especially in a plastic injection moulding parts manufacturing company.
? Have good experience of layout planning, material flow, OEE, ISO-Q1 requirements, process engineering, FMEA's, creating standards and procedures.
? Master or bachelor degree in automotive/ mechanical or similar
? Strong personality and a good team player
? Guide and teach junior engineers to improve team skill level
? Strong communication skills
? International company work experience would an advantage
? At least basic English (written and oral)
