职位描述
Be responsible for leading the technology perspective development in both depth/width in the site, to drive the deployment of key strategic improvements for 50% cycle time reduction and 35% cost saving in the STRAP period, and developing the differentiated competency.
The candidate will support variant software Verification and validation activities of real-time embedded software in support of state-of-the-art avionics systems running in China
Key points:
1. profound knowledge of testing strategy, test automation/simulation, and test processes
2. demonstrated technical leadership in Software Verification & Validation
3. Excellent skills of driving changes and initiatives in engineering / technology perspectives, experience of having major impact of reducing cycle time and enhancing productivity efficiency
4. Leadership skills
5. Good communication (influencing, effectiveness, assertive) and interpersonal skills
6. Good English skills
7. Experience of aero industry is highly desired.
