职位描述

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
· Drive sourcing and supply chain improvements across APAC Flow Technology manufacturing plants and systems sites in alignment with overall APAC business and Global Manufacturing Operations objectives. Involvement in enterprise sourcing and supply chain strategy setting, directing implementation of improvements and ensuring execution to world class metrics. Identifies APAC supply chain risks & develops mitigation strategies
· Scope of supply chain responsibilities include: Sourcing, Materials Requirements Planning, Inventory, Purchasing, Supplier Development/Measurement/Management and Logistics.
· Directs sourcing and purchasing resources at Xidu manufacturing site and provide regional APAC sourcing oversight to ensure world class performance.
· Develops sourcing and purchasing organization with training, career development, performance measurement and recruiting.
· Collaborates across business units on sourcing and supply chain strategies, resources, market intelligence, tools, regional / global agreements, and best practices.
· Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Legal, IT, Shared Services and Finance groups on achieving business unit goals.

· In-depth exposure to international supply chain management and developing strategy
· Experienced in purchasing and sourcing. International sourcing experience required.
· Strong Knowledge of ERP Systems and Spend data analysis
· In-depth materials management expertise and a proven track record of achieving world-class service levels while significantly reducing inventory and cost.
· High-level negotiation skills. Competent at leading a negotiation.
· Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and project management skills.
· Understanding of supplier capabilities and the marketplace.
· Excellent Communication Skills – logical and organized
· Demonstrated ability to interface with top executive and senior level management, both internally and externally.
· Out-of-the-box thinker, decisive; experienced in and capable of leading change.
· An excellent team player.
· Historically, has demonstrated understanding the difference between giving a best effort versus doing what’s necessary.
· Effective leader with proven ability to: develop, coach and mentor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering.
· Minimum of 10 years of related experience in supply chain.
· Experience working with a global team.
· Demonstrated knowledge of SAP ERP systems, Microsoft applications and Data warehouses
· Working knowledge of LEAN / Six sigma
· Ability to develop strong partnership / teambuilding relationships within a cross functional environment.
