职位描述
1. Responsible for customer quality problem solving management handling activity for Asia
Pacific region.
2. Champion the response process, working with sales, plant and cross functional team to
identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer
through 8D process as the interface between Company & Customer.
3. Lead and conduct customer satisfaction workshop to improve customer quality to exceed
customer expectations.
4. Working with plant and Global Design Centre to fix critical customer complaint and safety
related issues, as coordinate representing AP region.
5. Understand customer requirements and expectations; communicate with customers to
have a mutual agreement for quality standard to avoid unclear rejects.
6. Work with plant quality organization team to maintain Customer Complaint Management
System.
7. Customer relationship build up and enhancement, regular listen the Voice of Customer
and sales, regular customer visit and communication, lead and coordinate customer
satisfaction issue between Company & Customer.
8. Lead and drive on customer quality improvement including related process set up/
implementation, problem solving activities.in Asia Pacific
9. Early involve in new product launch quality, verify and drive on new product quality
improvement at customer site. Follows customer objectives and indicators concerning
quality or warranty.
10. Coordinate and assist customer audit with plant quality organization and cross functional
team.
11. Review Quality Agreements between Company and customers.
Key Competencies:
1. Strong Problem solving skills and methodology, such as six sigma, 8D,
5WHY, …preferred
2. Very strong product, process, and or quality engineering background
3. Excellent communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency &
skills
4. TS16949 Quality System knowledge and experience
5. Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure
6. Good leadership skill and be able to coach people through various problem solving
process.
7. Positive thinking / working style
Educational:
Bachelor degree with engineering related background

1. Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing/engineering /quality function.
2. Minimum 5 years manager working experience in MNC.
3. Product, process or quality engineering experience & expertise required.
4. Familiar with product design and manufacturing process.
5. Strong customer relationship building up and enhancement capability
6. Strong problem solving capability with strong statistical methodology methods on D/PFMEA,
GR&R, SPC, DOE, … with six-sigma Green Belt, and or Black Belt desired.
