Position Summary:
Honeywell Security Group is one of the world’s leading suppliers and distributors of e lectron ic security technology, protecting millions of homes, businesses and government facilities across the globe. Products intrusion protection, access control, video surveillance, and smart home control systems. Honeywell Security Group serves customers worldwide from more than 120 offices in more than 40 countries. ADI, its distribution business, also has more than 200 branch locations. We are looking for a Regional General Manager, South China, reporting to VP/GM, APAC, based in Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
? Create and implement a growth plan for the region, as well as a line of business vertical market across China, including appropriate market initiatives in Tier 3/4 cities.
? Management of the Regional P&L with focus on the order-to-cash business process
? Sales channel development & distributor management, as well as sales project management.
? Develop strong partnerships with key customers
? Establish measurable action plans and performance metrics to monitor ongoing regional performance
? Develop capability and talents within the region.
? Attract, mentor, coach and develop team members in support of organization excellence
? Manage and prioritize deployment of personnel and resources in a matrix organization.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus.
? A minimum of 10 years business leadership experience
? Experience of sales or marketing, Result-oriented
? Good at cross-function communications at all levels and able to work effectively in a matrix management environment.
? Able to accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and margins
? Good communication skills both writeen and oral in English
? Background in security or similar industry.
